Leaders need to set logical directions and be kind about differences.

They need both logic and feeling.
This kind of leadership makes good, strong organizations and increases their attractiveness.

When an organization becomes more attractive, it makes everything pulled, like how gravity bends space-time.
Good people and good things come to this organization.
This makes the organization even more appealing, creating a good cycle that attracts even more.

Good leaders are both emotional and logical, both selfless and selfish.

They accept differences for themselves and their organization.
They use their energy to increase everyone's energy.

They don't worry about being emotional or logical, selfless or selfish.
They just naturally follow Gravity, the law of nature like Einstein's theory of relativity.
