Team Development 3 Stages : 3 stages of company's evolution

Humans evolve in three main stages:

1. Making things: This is the basic stage where humans develop products & services.
2. Building a system: Once you can create things, you need a system to keep producing them.
3. Developing a philosophy: This is the highest stage, where humans define their purpose and values. It's about understanding why they exist and how they contribute to the world.

For companies, this three evolution stages is crucial too.

Stage 1: Making
Many startups begin here. Focus on creating products or services that customers want.

Stage 2: System
Companies try to hiring more people and creating rules & processes to produce and improve these products or services consistently.

Stage 3: Philosophy
They define their mission & values that guides all actions and ensures long-term success.

Why all three stages are important:

Without creating things: A company has nothing to offer.
Without a system: A company can't produce consistently or grow.
Without a philosophy: A company may lose sight of its purpose and struggle to adapt to changes.
That's why some unicorn companies are in trouble.

In essence, companies need to understand where they are in this evolutionary process and focus on the appropriate stage. A balanced approach, considering all three stages, is essential for long-term success.
